Stephen Gorodetsky, Founder
Mr. Gorodetsky has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. Previously, Mr. Gorodetsky was the chief investment officer for the Melohn group where he oversaw every aspect of the family’s real estate portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, capital projects, leasing, asset management, and financing. In his career, he has been involved in over $1.1 Billion in real estate transactions, including over $850M on the principal side. Mr. Gorodetsky has acquired or managed nearly every real estate asset type including industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality, retail, and assisted living.
